Things have changed a lot since you left in 2006.
Let me summarize in a brief.
2005 End
I started working in Senega Systems (Firoz a senior from Our college had a small startup company). No salary and i was running out of funds,not even money to eat from the hotels near the company. After 8 months i finished the 2 Engineering back papers and mom returned from Saudi to bangalore in hopes of living with me. She had chest pain while in Saudi, and Firoz advised me to bring her back and to settle in bangalore and to give her a nice retirement life.
She was shocked to know that i am not paid regularly and the max pay was 3000Rs.
At that time our rent was 3500 :)
I was passionate about mobile applications, games and animation programming.
2006 August
Mom and i prayed for a miracle and it happened, our team was hired by a Holland company for onsite was was taken permanently in their R&D centre in bangalore.
I went to Holland with my buddies, chilled out in Amsterdam visited my Aunt in Germany etc etc.
I took a nice flat on rent for mom near hennur depot, all Jangoz(Harry, Willy etc) were coming in there. We had a nice time with mom me and all of them, specially Onams, Christmas, Easter etc were rocking in bangalore.
I started learning classical music and western instruments in kammanahalli.
2006 November
Mom started a PG and had a lot of good malayali girls staying with us, i took the responsisbility and played the brotherly role till it ended in 2008. Mom did this inorder to pay off the rent in bangalore and a fun time for both of us(our lives otherwise was boring). All the girls were from nursing colleges nearby and we took mainly christian ones. I met a lot of good and bad ones.
Mom wanted me to mature hormonally and spiritually.
I was very arrogant to them initially to keep things under control, later i melted and many of them stayed with us for almost 3 years. We were like a family and i was their brother.
Mom had given me a wonderful time to understand females and their thinking and behavior.
This information was the only thing i lacked since i was raised a single child.
Now i know how to love, how to be a brother, how to be a loving husband etc etc.
And some of these girls are married and some are in international locations, we keep in touch like a family.
2007
Another onsite to Singapore in 2007.
Life goes well and i found happiness and a lot more with my sisters and mom.
Music study progressed and became a guitarist and perfected my bansuri flute skills.

Another onsite to Holland in 2008.
I felt enough of onsites and wanted a permanent settlement internationally, i had some problems with my employer while i was in europe.
I resigned without another offer, and sat home applying jobs in 2008 June.
Recession happened and i couldnt get a job anywere, mom and me were in distress as the rent in bangalore was 15000Rs.
Income from PG reduced and most of the money from PG went for food for all of us, we all ate the same food and we always made it madatory that all of ate the same food. Mom is such a great and efficient cook that she cooked alone for almost 10 persons and also tolerated my differences in eating. All my sisters helped mom in one or the other chore and it became a family job.
2008 December
Then i got a call from Panasonic interview for their Communications lab in Malaysia.
Another miracle and am in here, now i have bought some land in kerala near highway 47.
Looking forward to build a house in there, after that i will marry.
Ya i deserve a sweet and loving one, i have learned and overcome all racial and cultural taboos bound by our society in lieu with marriage. Beauty is not only physical and external.

Guess you still listen to my advices, Shaaz the glitz and shine will fade in old age.
Love is more than that, learn to reap the benefits of loving a beautiful mind and you will never regret it, even my own people never realizes it. This world has become so crooked and business minded that marriage is a negotiation (selling of concessions) & a trade.
It should benefit both the parties (Win Win situation in MBA terms -i hate MBA's anyway).
I am fed up of all this marketing (a better terminology i devised to call upon these marriage marketing proposal), you can see how racial we are in marriage columns.
Eg:
1, Fair UK based tall MBA bride inviting proposals from well educated well mannered and well fed :) boys -what the f**k?
2, US settled parents looking for a fair, tall, well buit, qualified boy from Catholic family.
So you get my point, dont worry we are all pathetic losers on one or the other side.
For Eg:
1, We dont want girls who are not equal in profession.
2, We donot prefer those who are fat and dark colored.
Now all it matters is that our family should agree and that she should be rich & nice looking - how pathetic?.
When it comes to marriage all think for the best. We dont look at same level or below.
I felt at times how beautiful it would be to marry some one poor and who is lacking much external shine. Such a girl will never leave you and will love you as her king.
I am challenging this world for a rethink - my questions are genuine
1, Can you assure me that those incurable diseases will never come if I marry a fair girl.
2, Can you assure me wellness and happiness & long life if I marry a girl my family proposes.
3, Can family or these matrimonials can assure me that my wife is a virgin and not a waste thrown out by another man.
4, Can any one assure me that if I marry a beautiful girl our child will be fully perfect without any disformalities, atleast can they assure me that we will have children.
6,Can family assure me that the girl will not leave me for another man in the future(which is common in kerala news nowadays).
I am lost in this worldly mishaps.

To my friends in Bangalore (February 2009)
Dear Joseph, Firoz, Amjad, Vineeth, Karthik & Deepu,
I am in Malaysia related to work, sorry couldnt update any one.
Here flexible working hours, was a stressful startup, i think was a capability test for me.
Ok now, leads are a very young group, they seems good and understanding.
Only two Japanese guys (they are the Operations Controllers here), rest are a mix.
Not very strict time lines, as the requirements are all impossibles :).
I think whatever impossibles in market comes straight from Pan japan to Research centre in here.
This facility is completely devoted for communication systems.
You can see some funny Japanese names like Akiro, Ashimoto, Shikoku, Konshu, Matsushita etc in all mails :).
Humid whether here similar to SG, and no need for moisturising creams and oils, feels like Trivandrum.
Happenings
1, Felt honoured before seeing the requirements :).
2, Felt nervous (worse than rocket science) after talking to the leads the second day.
3, Wanted to Run and Escape after seeing the product (Presence Server and PABX of Panasonic)
4, Regained confidence when all these Guys went for Chinese New year vacation last week, talking to my mom and my special friend gave me a moral boost and support :).
5, Had a demo today -about what can be done to improve existing stuff and porting issues to new platforms, it went fine, thanks to Ansaris & Firoz's contributions about Japanese companies and work cuture :).
4, Now after 2 weeks started taking breaks and same old story -Engineers can make puttu, dosa, fly rockets, make coffee without using coffee powder & work without monitor etc. ha ha.

Honey, its getting more humid in Malaysia, the work is fine.
There was a long Chinese New year vacation. But it was boring without you.
I hate when i am alone(u know that). When are you coming back from US. Achachen is fed up of managing the house without you. Me and kids are starving, how can you shop in US when your family is hungry here, kids are crying that they want to see mamma!!. I am trying to put them to sleep with bansuri(long flute)music etc. The meencurry got over last week, now we are surviving on pazhankanji and achar.
Dont know whether our 10 kids will get deficiency disease or not.
The cleaning lady was coming everyday since you left, i urged her not to come. But she seems to be having a liking for me!!!, i was wondering whether she knows whether we are married or not. The poor lady thinks that we are cousins running an orphanage, maybe thats becoz of the number of kids we have :).
But dont worry i got an older lady for cleaning till you come, i cant afford to put doubts in you.
Dont forget to eat that rasayanam from kottakkal, or you will lose charm in New York winter.
And also dont eat from KFC, i heard they are using palm oil.
Take good care of your 916 ornaments while travelling outside, US is now 'picha', they might snatch even your slippers.
Then tell my regards to your family there and to Blesson and Susan in CT.
Current status of your trip
How is Obama doing, tell my regards to him. And try to make him understand that i was busy with the Pakistan issue and couldnt congratulate him on his success. Then try to meet Oprah winfrey also, tell her she has put up a lot of weight after my last visit, tell her to eat more fish and less chicken. On the way back in flight, please throw a paper message on to the top of Pentagon. Write on the paper that your time in US got over and that you could not go to meet them. And also write to them that in April/May you will meet them for discussing about Pattikadu panchayath elections.

Singapore Trip
Again Client Sponsored trip,
I had a hope to find a date, but the trip turned out from a general code merge to a complete tragedy as the deliverables i was carrying was totally below the clients expectations.
So the trip became a requirements collection and rest is history,
1, Communicated the new reqs to our team in India
2, The team manager and the programmers spends the whole week in office (every day 12+ hours including sunday).
4, I spend the whole trip(including sunday) inside the Maxwell office center in TanjongPagar, collaborating with our team in India, no holiday mood!!!!!
5, I flew back on the day before the d-day, to be part of the delivery.
6, Finished the clients expectations and delivered at the last moment of the d-day(deadline).
All this within 10 days flat.....
What i missed is a great mixed culture, and couldnt get a closer look at peoples life.
Got many JOB offers from multiple companies, but denied them due to ethics(we indians cant ditch our employers). Even then had a great deal of foods from -Japanese,Chinese,Malay,Burmese,Thai,Korean,Singaporean,Hayanese etc etc.
My trip Sponsor(Project Consultant) was a great man, he took me every day for food outside.
And helped me to get photos of all the food we had out there, here they are ......
Some Crazy Noodles which was too powerful
Fish Fry, in Tomato Sauce(i doubt its cantonese way)
Spinach and Cabbage in Great a sauce
Cruchy Spinaches(or something similar) in light oil
A restaurant on the Belmoral Road , opposite to the Hotel i stayed(Garden ).
A Construction Site Truck(Take out the place, the truck looks like one of OUR's!!!)

The Famous Chicken Rice of singapore!!!!

Last Day i called him to a SouthIndian restaurent and ordered a BanaLeaf lunch!!!
On the Way to china Town, this Buddhinst Temple is supposed to have a tooth of Mr.Buddha.
China Town, u can get chinese artifacts here for cheap..

Me in Holland
I was looking forward for the Amsterdam visit sponsored by the client.
I was expecting a voluptuos fest of lust, love and some international technology hype. My guess was correct upto 90%, except for love.
No One seemed to have time for Romace in their lives in Amsterdam and also nearby town where we lived called HoofdDorp. But i guess people in that part of Europe except the Dutch are completely mechanical.
In Germany the situation was more interesting, they talk much about their long forgotten relationships in colleges etc, but they agrees to the fact that no one is interested in marriage or keeping a relationship for more than an year. Internationally an year lasting relation is pretty long. But as a man from a good cultural background, i think a life time is not enough to study our partner.
The Best Beer was pion, cheap and best(30 cents a can)
Most of the service appartments in Hoofddorp were near to a waterbody(peaceful and romantic)
